Welcome to the website of Hotel Anlage, a family-owned hotel at the heart of Heidelberg. Spend some unforgettable days in one of the most beautiful towns of Germany and feel what is meant by the famous proverb: "I`ve lost my heart in Heidelberg". We at Hotel Anlage want to do our part for your well-being during your stay. It was as far back as in 1892, when our hotel was being built and it had started the tradition as a guesthouse ever since. Nowadays, it is the second generation of the Family Schultes who owns and manages the family-friendly hotel.

Our house with privately owned parking space is situated right at the heart of the city, being located in the historical part of the old-town of Heidelberg, close to the Königsstuhl. Due to the hotel being in the citys centre, all the sights of Heidelberg are within walking distance. In close proximity to the hotel, you will get to the "Hauptstraße", Germanys longest pedestrian zone, which is virtually inviting you to go shopping or just take a walk. There you also will find some cosy restaurants and famous rustic pubs where you might want to stay longer than you think.

But a late home-coming is none of a problem, since our reception is occupied 24/7. On the following pages, we like to present you a little more of our hotel and what we have to offer. We would be glad if you decide to stay with us and hope you will enjoy your stay at our house!
